How it works

A simple 4-step process that takes about an hour for most homes.

1

Inspect & protect

We walk your property, note trouble spots, and cover plants, lights, and outlets before we start.

2

Apply soft wash solution

A low-pressure mix of sodium hypochlorite and surfactant breaks down algae, mold, and mildew at the root — no high pressure on your siding.

3

Dwell & rinse

The solution dwells for a few minutes to kill organic growth, then we rinse everything clean with low pressure.

4

Final walkthrough

We walk the property with you (or send photos) so you can see every side before we leave.

House washing FAQ

Will soft washing damage my siding?

No. Soft washing uses low pressure — about the same as a garden hose. It's safe for vinyl, brick, stucco, Hardie board, and painted surfaces.

How long does a house wash take?

Most homes take about 1 hour. Larger homes or heavy buildup may take a bit longer.

How often should I have my house washed?

We recommend once a year in the Rock Hill area. Homes with heavy shade or north-facing walls may benefit from every 8–10 months.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water and the property, we can get the job done. We'll send before/after photos when we're finished.

What about my plants and landscaping?

We pre-wet and cover plants near the house before applying any solution, and rinse them again after. Your landscaping is safe.
