No. Soft washing uses low pressure — about the same as a garden hose. It's safe for vinyl, brick, stucco, Hardie board, and painted surfaces.
Most homes take about 1 hour. Larger homes or heavy buildup may take a bit longer.
We recommend once a year in the Rock Hill area. Homes with heavy shade or north-facing walls may benefit from every 8–10 months.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to water and the property, we can get the job done. We'll send before/after photos when we're finished.
We pre-wet and cover plants near the house before applying any solution, and rinse them again after. Your landscaping is safe.
