Washing Limitless LLC is a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company based in Rock Hill, South Carolina. We provide soft wash and pressure washing services to residential and commercial customers within approximately 30 miles of Rock Hill, SC.

2) Services

We offer exterior cleaning services including but not limited to house washing, driveway cleaning, roof cleaning (soft wash), patio and walkway cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, gutter brightening, and commercial pressure washing.

All services are subject to availability and our assessment of whether a property is suitable for the requested service. We reserve the right to decline a job if conditions pose a safety risk or are outside our service capabilities.

3) Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided via our website, phone, or text are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary after an on-site assessment if actual conditions (property size, degree of soiling, access restrictions, etc.) differ from what was described.

We will communicate any price adjustment before beginning work. You are not obligated to proceed if the final price is different from your estimate.

Bundle discounts apply when multiple services are booked in a single visit and are subject to change.

4) Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date when this occurs.

5) Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major forms of payment including cash, check, and digital payment methods.

Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees and legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

6) Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform services safely and effectively, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate information about your property when requesting a quote
• •Ensure access to the property and a working outdoor water source on the day of service
• •Remove or secure vehicles, furniture, decorations, and other items that may be in the work area
• •Close all windows, doors, and vents prior to our arrival
• •Notify us of any known fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage, or special conditions on the property
• •Keep children and pets away from the work area during the service

7) Property Access

By booking a service, you confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to allow us access and to perform the requested work.

We are not liable for any damage resulting from conditions you failed to disclose, pre-existing damage, or improper preparation of the property prior to our arrival.

8) Limitation of Liability

Washing Limitless LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item, up to the value of the service performed.

We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper property preparation, or surfaces that were not disclosed as fragile or deteriorated prior to service.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9) Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will work with you to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge.

Concerns raised after 48 hours or relating to conditions outside our control (weather, new growth, etc.) may not be covered under this satisfaction commitment.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Washing Limitless LLC or its customers.

11) Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in York County, South Carolina.
